The majority of transport floor coverings are characterized by having hard particles embedded in their surfaces, to ensure the anti-slip and hardwearing properties. This however makes the appearance unsophisticated.

When creating SafeDecor, Graboplast aimed to develop a product that meets the big variety of demands of the transport industry without any loss in freedom in design.

Henceforth a revolutionary new top layer, Technologically Explored Ceramic Hard (TECH), surface was created.

Aesthetically, Graboplast SafeDecor offers a 'carpet' look, with the performance of traditional safety floor covering.

Properties of TECH surface are as follows:

• Provides antislip floor without embedding hard, inorganic particles
• Product keeps its anti-slip feature for a long time as there no hard grains on the surface which might be removed in use
• Coefficient of friction is excellent even under wet conditions (BS 7976:Part 2, Dry: 66/ Wet: 39)
• Extremely durable - the wear resistance of SafeDecor corresponds to traditional transport floors, and is highly superior to that of floors without particles
• Greater variety of patterns and designs can be achieved in the absence of mineral particles
